Great rooms, well-stocked fridge and tea/coffee in room. Wi-fi works well. Staff is exceptional, with only occasional language problems.
Dirty rooms, broken fittings, and tasteless, greasy food. None of the advertised attractions were open during the stay.

We were impressed from the moment we arrived, the staff and service were exceptional, and it's just a short 15-minute walk to the bus station.

The location of the hotel on Lara beach was fantastic, with a wide sandy beach leading to a gentle sloping beach. the room we stayed in was fabulous, with a sea view and even upgraded to a suite. the service provided by the staff was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff members. the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.
The local team, specifically the tour operators, were incredibly inefficient and unhelpful.

We stayed at a 5-star hotel and it was simply luxurious! the room was stunning with amazing amenities. the spa and indoor pool were top-notch and incredibly relaxing. the swimming pool and beach access were a dream come true! the gardens were immaculate and a peaceful escape.
The only minor issue was that the night club was quite noisy and it was difficult to fall asleep. Despite this minor issue, this hotel was a wonderful experience that fulfilled all our luxurious needs.

The staff was very welcoming upon arrival and the room was clean with a nice view of the pool. the food had good quality and the entertainment shows were enjoyable. the availability of a variety of pools and plenty of sun loungers was also a plus.
There were some cosmetic issues in the lobby and dampness in some areas of the hotel. there were some insects in the room which were addressed by the staff but still a discomfort.
